I cannot believe it is almost the last week of August. If you have any children, are they back in school? Most schools around here do not start until the day of Labor Day. If so, some of these meals are going to be perfect for you. They are quick, easy, and most importantly delicious.
I am out of state taking care of my mother, she just had surgery, so we are trying to stick to this meal plan. Some days we might miss a day or two. But we are working through it with you.
Week 2:
Monday (8/17) - Sloppy Joes with a side of buttered broccoli.
Tuesday (8/18) - Crockpot Pulled Pork Fajitas with easy Spanish rice.
Wednesday (8/19) - Chicken, Broccoli & Pasta Skillet Casserole with peanut butter blondies for dessert.
Thursday (8/20) - Baked BBQ chicken thighs with brown sugar and bacon baked beans.
Friday (8/21) - Apricot glazed grilled chicken wings with grilled veggie kabobs
Saturday (8/22) - Leftovers.
Sunday (8/23) - One-Pan chicken cacciatore with rice.
