I cannot even believe September is already here. Well to be exact, it begins tomorrow. Anyway, where did the entire summer and month go to? Be careful and do not blink too long; wait, maybe I should. As I am thinking about it, if I do winter may be gone before I even realize it's started. Yeah. That sounds like a plan. Almost as good as this meal plan I am sharing with you!
Week 4
Monday (9/1) - One-pot Summer Vegetable Pasta to finish up the garden vegetables.
Tuesday (9/2) - Sesame Chicken with rice and a side of broccoli.
Wednesday (9/3) - Cheesy Enchilada Rice Skillet Casserole.
Thursday (9/4) - Chipotle-Mango BBQ Chicken Salad. This salad looks so good. Easy Lemon Cream Cheese Bars for dessert!
Friday (9/5) - Grilled Jerk Pork Chops with grilled vegetable kababs. Mmm... summer in a plate.
Saturday (9/6) - Leftovers with a slice of Pumpkin Coffee Cake for dessert.
