Fudgy homemade red velvet brownies swirled with delicious peanut butter cookie dough. Very addicting.
One a couple of words sum these up - the ultimate red velvet brownie. I am definitely declaring these the ultimate red velvet brownies because they have awesome peanut butter cookie dough swirled in them. What's not to love?!
I had an idea just to make fudgy red velvet brownies for Valentine's Day - we are on a Valentine's Day kick here! I thought why not add cookie dough..I got to thinking... hmmm peanut butter cookies - peanut butter cookie dough. Oh yeah, we are talking now. 🙂
As I am sitting here writing this delicious post I am munching on one of these bad boys. I will have to admit they are filling because it is brownies and cookies all in one heavenly treat.
If you have more than one, it's okay. It's our little secret! 😉 I may of had more than one.
This is a special recipe because you not only get one recipe, but it comes with two recipes: the peanut butter cookie recipe and the red velvet brownie recipe. As I said earlier, what's not to love?
These are very easy to make and does not require a mixer - woohoo! I love recipes where you do not have to use a mixer because it seems to make it easier. Might not be, but seems like it to me. 🙂
I also used one mixing bowl and just rinsed it out before I made the red velvet brownies. No mixer and not many dishes = awesome!
I cannot wait to share these with hubby's co-workers because they are going to wolf these down so quick. Better than me eating the entire pan! If you decide to make these, I am almost 100% positive EVERYONE will love these!
