What I really love about this cranberry butter is how different it is. You do not typically see flavored butters on the Thanksgiving table. People are really missing out, especially me. I will me bringing this to the table this year. Yes, please! I just cannot get over how much I love it.

This cranberry butter still has an amazing tangy taste from the cranberries, but also a sweet taste as well. It is the best of both worlds. I will not you that it is not loaded with sugar, not at all. Just enough to enhance the flavors and balance out the tangyness.

The best part is how easy it is to make and it comes together very quick. The best kinda things because I already know how business your Thanksgiving day will be. Mine is going to be crazy with all the cooking, baking, and traveling.
There is really only one important step you will have to remember is just to take the butter out ahead and let it soften up. The softened butter makes it easier to incorporate the cranberries and make it more like a whipped consistency.
All you have to do is chop of the cranberries, whip the butter, add honey and brown sugar. I told you easy! Another thing I like to do with this butter is put it back in the refrigerator to chill more so it becomes a little bit sifter.
