HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER MISSISSIPPI CHICKEN
STEP 1: Add the thawed or frozen chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker. Add the pepperoncini juice.
STEP 2: Sprinkle the au jus and ranch seasoning packet on top of the chicken breasts.
STEP 3: Top with pepperoncini peppers and unsalted butter.
STEP 3: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
STEP 4: Once the chicken is tender, shred the chicken breasts with two forks.
STEP 5: Serve alone, on sandwiches, or on top of mashed potatoes.

- 1 oz ranch seasoning packet
- 1 au jus gravy packet
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 8-10 pepperonici peppers
- ½ cup pepperoncini pepper juices
