During the holidays and non-holidays, we all love to spend less time in the kitchen and devote more time to friends and family. With less time in the kitchen, we cannot sacrifice the flavor of whatever we may be making. If it’s a no-bake and hardly any effort, then we are all over it. Right?
These mini caramel pecan pumpkin pies are effortless and oh, so tasty! I love how small they are because we can have them all to ourselves.
The best part of these mini pumpkin pies, you can make them with five ingredients or less. Three of the ingredients I recommend because they are the stars in this dessert. Read on to find which ones they are!
They are great for a quick afternoon fall snack after school or even for a dessert during the holidays. It’s a perfect dessert to have little helpers. One can line the mini pie crusts on a baking sheet, another one can fill them, etc.
The three ingredients you need for these mini pies are Dannon® Greek Yogurt Okies® Pumpkin Pie for the pie filling, Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust, and Reddi-wip®. Of course, the other ingredients are caramel bits chopped pecans.
All are easy to find at your local Walmart, and all are perfect for no-bake desserts!
- Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crust, 6-pack
- 3 Dannon® Greek Yogurt Okies® Pumpkin Pie
- ¼ cup pecans, chopped
- Reddi-wip®, for garnish
- caramel sauce, for garnish
- Place the mini graham cracker pie crusts on a baking sheet. Add the yogurt in the pie crusts, and then top with chopped pecans, Reddi® Whip, and caramel sauce.
