A tasty and mouthwatering collection of 40+ sweet and savory pumpkin recipes! It's hard to choose just one!
As I am sitting here writing this delicious blog post of tasty pumpkin recipes, it's hard to not have my mouth water. I mean, I am staring at a huge collection of recipes and they are all look great! Who's mouth wouldn't want to taste each and every recipe!
Speaking of, I really need to make another batch of this amazing pumpkin chili that I whipped up a couple weeks ago. It's warm, hearty, and oh-so-good. Perfect food to feed a cold with. One reason why I want it to so badly.
The first eleven recipes are from Gal on a Mission and the rest are from my fellow food bloggers.
I know my nieces would love to make a batch of these amazing pumpkin twinkies(#12). I love the maple bourbon glaze and they do not look too hard for anyone to make. Yummy. You will need to make sure you have a canoe pan!
Aren't those pumpkin spice latte cupcakes (#17) absolutely adorable! I think I could easily ditch my latte from Starbucks and munch on one of these any day. Don't forget your cupcake liners!
Please pass the fork for a tasty bite of pumpkin ricotta gnocchi with sage brown butter sauce (#27)! This is definitely going on our Thanksgiving menu! Make sure you have plenty pumpkin pie puree in stock.
I have always loved a cozy and warm fall soup and this apple curry butternut squash soup (#24)with pumpkin seeds sounds amazing. Please pass the spoon!
A perfect way to wake up on Saturday morning is with a delicious stack of pumpkin pancakes (#30). Yum! Pecans or walnuts on top would be delicious.
Unable to consume dairy, then try a tasty vegan pumpkin pie energy bar (#40)! Would be perfect for breakfast or a snack after a long and hard work-out. Make sure you have plenty of cashews in-stock.
