    Meal Plan #1: 9/1/13 - 9/7/13 {THM}

    • Facebook

    I cannot believe September is here! This year is flying by and soon it will be Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years. All I can say is wow.

    Weekly Meal Plan for 9/1/13 - 9/7/13

    Welcome to Menu Plan #1 for the first week of September. Right now I am on Trim Healthy Mama (THM) - menu plan focuses around that lifestyle.

    Another weird that I do is make a theme for each day of the week. Mondays are chicken night, Tuesdays are soup night, Wednesdays are leftover soup night, Thursday are beef night, Friday are grill night, Saturdays are fish night, and Sunday are easy foods night. Makes meal planning such a breeze! 🙂

    All of the meal plans will begin on Sunday and end on Saturday. Makes it easier for me. 🙂

    I have created a PDF file for you as well as a grocery list! Enjoy!! Click here for PDF file of Meal Plan #1 and grocery list.

      I just want to say thank you for posting your menus, and going the extra mile and including the grocery list!!! It is a tremendous help and blessing to me personally. I've been trying to start the THM with my family, and have been struggling greatly making a menu and fully grasping everything. This has really helped me get start and make my plan for the first couple weeks. Thank you for "holding my hand" as we dive into this!! Blessings upon you!
