    During the summer and even into the fall it's always hectic around here with so many activities. If you have children in school, I can only imagine how hectic the end of the summer is with back-to-school shopping and sports. It can be incredibly hard to keep healthy food on the table when everyone is constantly on-the-go.

    If you are into sports or working out, I created the perfect protein shake for you today. Who doesn't love chocolate and peanut butter? It's so easy to make and perfect for taking on-the-go to the gym or anywhere. It's rich, it's flavorful, and filling.

    I was lucky enough to try a Thermos® #ShakerBottle for my protein shake, and it's changed how I make them. It's easy to see the capacity markers on the side of the bottle for measuring ingredients and monitoring intake. The best part about this bottle is the removable stationary mixer that helps to blend the ingredients together. It only took me a couple of minutes for everything to get incorporated in the protein shake. So easy, my friends.

    The shaker bottle also has a locking push button lid with integrated, flip-up carrying loop for easy carrying and transport. Say goodbye to leaky bottles in your gym bag!

    • 3 tbsp peanut butter powder
    • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
