    Meal Plan #3: 9/15 - 9/21

    Welcome to Menu Plan #3 for the third week of September. Right now I am on Trim Healthy Mama (THM) – menu plan focuses around that lifestyle.

    Meal Plan #3 {9/15/13 - 9/21/13}

    Another weird that I do is make a theme for each day of the week. Mondays are chicken night, Tuesdays are soup night, Wednesdays are leftover soup night, Thursday are beef night, Friday are grill night, Saturdays are fish night, and Sunday are easy foods night. Makes meal planning such a breeze! (:

    All of the meal plans will begin on Sunday and end on Saturday. Makes it easier for me.

    Sunday (9/15)

    • Breakfast – Pumpkin Pound Cake (S) (Recipe coming soon!)
    • Lunch – Joseph's pita filled with chicken and 1 wedge of Light Laughing Cow Cheese (FP)
    • Snack – Plain celery (FP)
    • Dinner – Pork Ribs on the grill (S)

    Monday (9/16)

    • Breakfast –Breakfast Burrito (E) on page 234
    • Lunch – Leftover pork ribs (S)
    • Snack - Half of a fat-stripping frappe (FP) on page 240
    • Dinner – Chicken Fajitas (S) on page 346

    Tuesday (9/17)

    • Breakfast – Big Boy Smoothie (FP) on page 242
    • Lunch – Leftover chicken fajitas (S)
    • Snack -  Celery with 1 wedge of Light Laughing Cow Cheese (FP)
    • Dinner – Creamy Taco Soup (E) (Recipe coming soon!)

    Wednesday (9/18)

    • Breakfast – Cheesy Omelet (S) on page 219
    • Lunch – Leftover creamy taco soup (E)
    • Snack - Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream (S) (Recipe coming soon!)
    • Dinner – Leftover creamy taco soup (E) 
    • Snack – Cottage Berry Whip (FP) on page 379

    Thursday (9/19) 

    • Breakfast – Fat Stripping Frappe (FP) on page 240
    • Lunch –  leftover creamy taco soup (E)
    • Snack – Choco Pudding (FP) on page 366
    • Dinner – Cheeseburger Pie (S) on page 326

    Friday (9/20)

    • Breakfast – Egg White Omelet (E) with berries on page 217
    • Lunch – Leftover cheeseburger pie (S)
    • Snack - Celery (FP)
    • Dinner – Out of town, not sure

    Saturday (9/21)

    • Breakfast – Out of town, not sure
    • Lunch – Out of town, not sure
    • Snack – Out of town, not sure
    • Dinner - Out of town, not sure
