Three-Ingredient Easter Bark

  • 16 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon shortening
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup colorful sprinkles
  1. Line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl that is safe to go into the microwave, combine the white chocolate chips and shortening. Microwave in 10 second intervals and stir. Continue until the chocolate chips are melted.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking dish and spread it out so it is even. Add the sprinkles on top
  5. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Bark into pieces.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for one week.
