Ingredients
8ouncescream cheesesoftened at room temperature
1cupmayonnaise
2cupsSargento Chef Blends 4 State Cheddar Cheeseseparated
14ouncecan diced artichoke heartsdrained
½cupsauteed kalechopped
salt and pepperto taste
4piecesof cooked baconcrumbled
1loaf of french breadsliced into ½" thick pieces
coconut oil
oyster crackerscrushed - to garnish (optional)
Instructions
Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise to a mixer and beat on medium-speed until creamy. Stir in 1 cup of cheese, artichoke hearts, and kale. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Turn the oven on broil high. Place the sliced french bread onto a large baking sheet.
Spread coconut oil all over the bread, then grill in a grill pan for 1-2 minutes. This step makes the bread crunchy.
Spread the mixture on top of the bread, top with cheese. Broil for 2-3 minutes. Top with crumbled bacon and crushed oyster crackers.
