Ingredients
  • 1 cup Silk Chocolate Cashew Milk or any chocolate milk
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a muffin tin with liners. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together the chocolate milk and oil in a large mixing bowl with a whisk. Whisk in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Slowly fold the flour ½ cup at a time with a plastic spatula. Fold in the cocoa powder, salt and baking powder.
  4. Fill the muffin liners ¾ of the way and bake for 17 minutes.
  5. Allow the muffins to cool for 5-10 minutes, then serve.
