Place the noodles, diced tomatoes, green chilies, onion, bell peppers, black beans, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and beef crumbles into a dutch oven. Pour the beef stock in and mix.
Allow the mixture to simmer over medium-heat for 15-minutes or until pasta is tender with no lid.
Garnish with fresh cilantro.
