Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • 1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, sliced in half length-wise
  • lemon slices
  • fresh parsley, to garnish
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix together the melted butter, salt, lemon-pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder together. Rub onto chicken breasts.

  2. Place chicken into the oven and bake for 18 minutes. Remove baking dish from oven and place aluminum foil on top and bake for another 4-5 minutes.

  3. Remove chicken breasts from oven and allow them to rest for 5 minutes and serve.

Recipe Notes

Note - I have had to use two large chicken breasts for 1 ½ lbs of chicken. When slicing the chicken breasts in half lengthwise you will end up with 4 chicken breasts, or cutlets.
