Ingredients
  • 2 ⅔ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup pepitas or pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup dried, sweetened cranberries
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix together the old fashioned oats, pumpkin seeds, and cranberries together until combined. Set aside.

  3. Mix together the pumpkin puree, oil, granulated sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt together until combined. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix together.

  4. Place the mixture onto a baking sheet and spread out evenly. Bake for 15 minutes and then stir mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.

  5. Remove the granola from the oven and set aside to cool completely.
