Place the sliced potatoes on top of a large piece of aluminum foil. You will want to have enough foil to wrap the potatoes tightly.
Add the minced garlic cloves, butter, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes on top of the potatoes. Fold and seal the potatoes tightly.
Place the potato packet on top of the grill and grill for 30-35 minutes. You can also use the oven on 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes or tender with a pan under neat the packet.
