Ingredients
  • 2 cups watermelon frozen and diced
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup kale stem removed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen berry mix
Instructions
  1. Combine the frozen watermelon, coconut water, kale, and mixed berries in a blender and blend until everything is fined chopped and is smoothie consistency.

You can also add in 1 scoop or protein powder.
