Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 1 and ½ cups light brown sugar lightly packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 24 about 3 cups chopped fun-sized butterfingers, chopped
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line a 9x13 baking dish with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar together on low-speed with a paddle attachment. Using a plastic spatula, mix in the eggs, then the flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 cups of the chopped butterfingers. Make sure not to over-mix.
  3. Spread the batter into the baking dish, sprinkle the rest of the chopped up butterfingers on top and press lightly into the batter.
  4. Bake for 20-22 minutes. You want to slightly under bake them. When they are finished baking, they will be giggly, that is normal. They will finish baking in the baking.
