Apple Pumpkin Bread (No Yeast) – Moist and tender with the perfect pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and apple flavor! Made in no time without any yeast.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 honey crisp apple, cored and sliced into small chunks
  • cups pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling
  • ½ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ tsp baking soda
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter. Set aside.

  2. Place the vegetable oil, milk, and eggs together in a large mixing bowl and whisk together.

  3. Place the apple, pumpkin puree, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar into the mixing bowl and stir everything together.

  4. Place the pumpkin pie spice, salt, flour and baking soda into the mixing bowl and fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean with few crumbs. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through the keep the bread from browning too soon.
