Southwest Chopped Salad with Avocado Cilantro Vinaigrette – It’s one of the best salads I have ever had. Ingredients
Avocado Cilantro Vinaigrette
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ cup Italian Dressing
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
Soutwest Chopped Salad
  • romaine lettuce
  • Tyson® Grilled and Ready® Chicken Breast Strips, diced into bite-sized pieces
  • corn
  • black beans
  • green bell pepper, diced
  • avocado, diced
  • cilantro
Instructions
  1. Pulse all of the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a food processor until creamy.

  2. Place the ingredients for the salad into a bowl and pour the vinaigrette on top.
