Ingredients
  • 2 lbs yellow potatoes, diced into quarters
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • zest from 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 4 Bumble Bee SuperFresh® Tilapia with Lemon, Pepper & Herbs
Instructions
  1. Place the diced and quartered potatoes into 3-quart or larger crockpot. Cook on high for 2-3 hours or until potatoes are tender.

  2. Add the milk, sour cream, black pepper, salt, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice and mash the potatoes together using a potato masher. If you prefer whipped potatoes, whip the potatoes in the crock using a handheld mixer on low speed.

  3. Prepare the tilapia according to the directions on the back of the package.

  4. Serve with mashed potatoes.
