Ingredients
  • 2 medium gala apples, peeled and cored
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground nutmeg
  • tsp ground cloves
Toppings
  • apples, cored and diced
  • chia seeds
  • old-fashioned oats
  • Cinnamon Toasters Cereal
  • ground cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Place the apple, banana, Greek yogurt, applesauce, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves in a blender and pulse until combined.

  2. Place the smoothie into bowls and top with apples, chia seeds, old-fashioned oats, Cinnamon Toasters Cereal, and ground cinnamon.
