This sweet, but tart Cranberry Orange Relish Recipe is so easy and perfect for the holidays! Take a break from your traditionally served cranberry sauce and make this fresh relish instead.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz fresh cranberries, washed and dried
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and diced finely
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • orange zest, to garnish (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the cranberries into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

  2. Put the cranberries into a medium bowl and add the orange zest, diced oranges, and granulated sugar and toss to combine.

  3. Add cranberry orange relish to a serving dish, garnish with orange zest, and serve.
