Crockpot Crack Chicken is the perfect weeknight meal made with chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and bacon. The perfect freezer meal!
Place boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the crockpot.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken breasts.
Top with cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken can be easily shredded.
Shred the chicken using two forks. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon.
Cover until the cheese is melted.
Serve on buns, over rice, on top of mashed potatoes, etc. Garnish with scallions.
Storage - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Reheating - To reheat, add the chicken mixture to a microwave-safe bowl and heat until warm.
