In a large mixing bowl, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, white vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, and pepper, and whisk to combine.
Add the coleslaw mix and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours; however, longer and overnight is best.
Serve cold.
