Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ tsp dried rosemary
  • pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 14 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 lb elbow noodles
Instructions
  1. Cook the macaroni noodles according to the instructions on the package.

  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and add in the all of the spices. Make sure the ground beef is fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and tomato sauce. Simmer on low for about 10-12 minutes or until the noodles have finished cooking.

  4. Stir in the noodles.
  5. Serve with Parmesan cheese (optional)
