A delicious twist on the normal cookie. Perfect balance of white chocolate, cardamon glaze, and other spices. One of the most perfect holiday cookies. I present you with Molasses Cardamon White Chocolate Cookies.
A perfect addition to any holiday cookie trays because of how different these cookies are. Not only are these cookies absolutely delicious with the perfect balance of flavor, but they are super-soft. My kind of cookies.
You might be wondering how I came up with these flavors, but I was just thinking outside of the box. I wanted a cookie, but not the normal cookie. I wanted different flavors that were a little bit more complex than your chocolate chip cookies. These are definitely it!
I guarantee you these will not last very long on the cookie table, well not with me! 🙂 I absolutely love, love these. I know you will too.
After I took them out of the oven, I instantly knew these would need a glaze, but needed quite know what kind. I thought, well it is a cardamon cookie, how about a cardamon glaze. Boy...I was definitely right.
Pure delicious, that's all. After trying these cookies with this type of flavor you should be on the lookout for many more to come for your holiday baking.
You do a lot of holiday baking, right? I know that I do and stay up super late to accomplish it all, but it is so worth it! I love to see my family smiling because of something that I made. Just warms my heart. Weird LOL. 🙂
If you have never heard of cardamon before, it is so easy to obtain. I purchased it from my local grocery store in the bulk section for not much at all. You will always use a little bit. Easy, as always.
One thing you will have to do with these cookies is refrigerate the cookie dough, because it makes it easier to spoon off the dough on your baking sheet. It always makes them a little bit thicker. Only 30-45 minutes in the refrigerator that's all. You can also do it overnight, but who has that kind of time. Not me!
