Shrimp Scampi Crostini
Serves: 16+
Shrimp Scampi
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • splash of white wine
  • 1 pound shrimp, deveined, peeled, and diced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 french baguette loaf, sliced into 1" pieces
  • olive oil
  • 7-ounce container Finlandia Black Garlic Creamy Gourmet Cheese
  • lemon zest
  • fresh parsley
Shrimp Scampi
  1. Place the butter in a large skill over medium heat until the butter has melted.
  2. Add the garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and white wine to the skillet and allow it to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and stir frequently until the shrimp are cooked.
  1. Meanwhile, place the sliced bread onto a large baking sheet and add olive oil to each piece. Broil on high until lightly browned.
  2. Spread the black garlic cheese on top of the crostini, add the shrimp scampi mixture and garnish with lemon zest and fresh parsley.
