Creamy Avocado Dip

Serves: 4-6 servings
  • ⅛ cup diced onions
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • ½ lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ cup greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Add the onions, avocado, cilantro, lime juice, cumin, and greek yogurt to a food processor. Pulse until creamy.
  2. Taste and add salt and pepper.
If you would like to make the dip thinner, add 1 tablespoon at a time of olive oil until you reach your desired consistency.
