Mixed Berry Smoothie

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana, peeled and diced into chunks
  • honey (optional, if need to be sweeter)
  1. In a blender, add in the milk, frozen raspberries, frozen mixed berries, and diced banana. Blend on high until the mixture is pureed and creamy.
  2. Add honey if you need the smoothie to be sweeter.
