I absolutely love beef and broccoli take-out. It is so comforting and delicious. Not good for you by any means, so that is why I created my own.

What is there not to love – beef, broccoli, and “rice?” All yummy ingredients to me.
A great way to keep this meal frugal, stock-up on meats when they are marked down. When we cannot afford grass-fed, that is what we always try to do. Or grab from the freezer like we did on the cauliflower and broccoli. You just gotta love Aldi, hopefully, you have one near you! They are amazing. (:
