- 12 ounces water
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter powder
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- ⅓ cup protein powder
- Place the water, peanut butter powder, cocoa powder, and protein powder in a shaker bottle and shake until combined.
